Due to the custom nature of furniture restoration services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any services, deposits, or completed work.
By approving an estimate, invoice, or work order and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits cover materials, labor scheduling, and preparation costs and are required to secure your project start date.

Custom Restoration Work
Furniture restoration involves custom labor, materials, and irreversible processes. As a result:

Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued

Changes requested after work has started may result in additional charges

Final appearance may vary due to the age, condition, and material of the furniture
Natural Variations & Expectations
Restored furniture may display natural variations in color, grain, texture, or finish. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds.
Damages & Liability
4 Paws Furniture Restoration is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, hidden damage, or material failure that becomes apparent during or after restoration.

Cancellations
Cancellations made after a deposit is paid or after work has begun are not eligible for a refund.
